i'm dark olive skin


hate the feeling of lip glosse


lip stain is not strong enough to cover my dark lip


and i must say that i can rock any lipstick color

I'm 18 and I use it everyday.


I dislike lip gloss. I only use lip stains and lipsticks.

Lipstick really isn't all that bad, if it's for the appropriate occasion.


This could include school dances, weddings, parties, etc.


Be sure to get a friend or parent's opinion before you leave the house though; you don't want the color looking so ridiculous that it belongs in the circus!!


I really would recommend a ';lip stain';, which they sell at Ulta stores. Unlike lipstick, it doesn't fade or wear off during the day -- which is quite nice.


Some brands are kinda expensive...but it is SO worth it.





And here's a secret not many know -- if you don't have the money for some lip stain from the store, buy some gelatin packets (which you use to make Jell-O) from the store. They are really cheap...just be sure they're in powder form. What you do is wet the tip of your index finger, stick it into the gelatin powder and spread it as evenly as you can onto your lips. This is basically an inexpensive, generic type of lip stain.

if you have dark olive skin by the dark red lipstick that looks like a gloss and it'lll give youa different feeling.





i KNOW victoria secret sells them. BUT revlon i think sells them also. i have your exact problem, i just go to walmart or a drugstore and buy its great.





its not too old if you look good in it.
actually, untill recently lipstick was considered for the young and old alike. Do what you want, wear what you want, mabye you will end up starting a trend.

depends what colour - stay clear of anything too dark
