Yes, 'fraid so. I suggest covergirl wetslicks fruit spriters instead. you can choose a deep color and yet get a nice color that fits your age. It also moisturizes your lips and leave a glossy, yet not stickt gooey coat. I use them and they are great. They taste nice, smell nice, feel nice, and look nice all for about 4.52. Besides, why you you want dry looking lips? :]
lipstick is for old ladies!! gloss is the way to go. u can get it tinted or use lipliner underneath. just experiment!!!
