Is Lipstick Jungle over for good?

I'm a huge fan of NBC's Lipstick Jungle and I want to know if there will be any additional upcoming shows?Is Lipstick Jungle over for good?

I too, am a huge fan of Lipstick Jungle and as of January 9, 2009 - the fate of Lipstick Jungle is - uncertain..





According to Wikipedia and other published sites:





';On November 13, rumors emerged that NBC would cancel the show due to low ratings and it was unclear if the remaining episodes would be aired in the current time slot.[6] However, these rumors are, as yet, unconfirmed. Lipstick Jungle will continue to air their remaining episodes due to a 50% increase in ratings. NBC Chairman Ben Silverman stated that they ';may'; order more episodes down the line if ratings were to improve.[7]





On November 21, NBC moved Lipstick Jungle to Fridays at 9:00 PM beginning December 5, for the remainder of the season.[8]





On January 9, 2009 the last produced episode of Lipstick Jungle aired. As it was advertised as a season finale, the true status of the show is unknown.';
Sign the petiton that is going around to bring it back. NBC has cancelled it and I loved it too. How can Scrubs stay on and that show SUCKS.
I think I remember hearing that it would be canceled.
I am a big fan as well! And yes sadly it is gone. :(
