In moderation. Try some lipgloss, maybe some ';sparkely'; shimmer powder. Leave the eye liner, any other eye make up for later. You dont want to look like you have it on, let your face look like you, not like some model from a magazine. If you are trying to cover blemishes, use some concealer and a very light (Thin) amount of powder. You can paint your nails too. Don't try to look too grown up, enjoy the age you are at!
Well, for a 13 year old you can us light lipstick or lipgloss, eyeliner in dull shades and white powder but any other is too much.
I feel make-up is ok in moderation for your age. At 13 your natural beauty should be enough. If you feel it isn't a bit of light colored lipstick and some mascara should do it. Don't follow the crowd and wear make-up because they do. Be an original and start your own style.
I think it depends on two things. One, the maturity of the girl. If she wants to wear it to look suggustive or sensual and to look older, then yes it is too much. If she wants to wear it to highlight her natural beauty, it's fine. Two, the way she wears it. If she wears it too dramatically or loud(bright or dark lipstick, too much powder, dark eyeliner), then she shouldn't wear it. If she wears natural looking makeup, like peachy pink lipstick close to the color of her lips, brown eyeliner just on the corners of her eyes, and one light layer of powder, it won't look slutty and it won't be too much.

No one is perfect , makeup can help all girls. no one but little girls babies to 12 yrs have the perfect look. so, a little make up can help, Just be sure it's a little makeup ,not to heavy. Makeup is suppose to help girls not to over the top make you look worse. Play around with it before wearing it out and get what looks good on you.
At one time I would say at that age kids shouldn't be wearing make-up. But I look around at the kids these days and see it is a common practice. I think if you have some control, it's not a bad thing. Just as long as there not trying to make themselves up to be older or some hoochie momma.
There is a good chance that the girl will just do it on here own behind your back. I personally would prefer to being able to guide here into making the right decision and proper choice of make-up that doesn't whorify (If that is a word) her. A little make-up OK painting themselves up to look like a whore is a totally different.

Don't bother with foundation or powder (or rouge for that matter)...you're skin is probably more pretty without it...if you get acne, just use a cover stick. Use a light lipstick or gloss, and subtle eye make-up. Now is the time to start experimenting, but keep it natural.
Yes! I'm 13 myself. It looks like your playing with your moms makeup. DONT DO IT! Instead, use a light tinted moisteriser if neassary. Curl your lashes, apply clear/brown mascara, and a yummy lip gloss. It looks way better!

I'm a pre op transsexual and when i first started dressing i made a lot of mistakes. I would tend to avoid red if I were you as it can look tacky, especially if it's too bright. Go for a nice coffee brown colour, only go for red if you're wanting to be slutty.

Maybe you could go to a cosmetic counter %26amp; they would help. These days I don't see you having a problem being a guy. I'm pretty sure they are suppose to help anyone! If you are uncomfortable with that, you can probably find something on line that could suggest what shade to wear with your skin,eyes,hair. Good Luck !!

On the box of the product look for a little picture of an open container with a number in it, usually you can find this on the bottom or the back of the box. Well now that is not what we do....My daughter gets to wear some of my makeup (tastefully) around the house when she is playing dress up. She knows that its only for grown ups to wear everyday and for her its just a fun treat. And if we happen to leave the house, it's pretty obvious that she's not being paraded around when she's wearing ballet slippers with a princess gown and a tutu slipped over it! She's just having fun!
I have no idea. but those parents should be shot. Children should be children, not eye candy for pedophiles.
For some reason when people have children they think it's an extraction of themselves instead of an individual human being and live vicariously through their child.
Some people think it's cute, make little ones feel all grown up like there parents for a few seconds.

I wouldn't go for too bold colors, unless its a special occasion or something since your not a 12 year old. I think that golds, subtle blues, and deep purples would look nice. Matte (opposite of shimmery) is very in right now. Lipgloss, I would use something with a pinkish undertone. It will help your lips stand out from your face and make your teeth look whiter. For lipstick, I would go with a natural color that is close to your normal skin color but just evens out the color of your lips. And I would use a black mascara. well,if u really really wanna apply some makeup u can try putting a bronze/gold eyeshadow(not too gaudy one),as for mascara,u can apply the brown color mascara.i suggest u not 2 go for the black mascara.u can apply a lip-gloss.please dont apply a lipstick!!apply a lip-gloss.a nice,glossy one!GOOD LUCK!!!
I would go for highly pigmented shades of makeup. A great line is MAC or Loreal hip collection. Pick shades like bronze with flecks of shimmer for the eyeshadow. Also purple and light shades of champagne makes the eyes pop. For lipstick try shades of berry and reds. Mascara is simple and black color mascara will do. Just experiment and have fun.
I'm going to have to agree.. natural is beautiful.. But my best friend is black and she looks absolutely beautiful in purples and cover girl makes a real neat charcoal color with giltter in it.. It's to dye for, as far as lip gloss.. go for clear.
I wouldn't go for too bold colors, unless its a special occasion or something since your not a 12 year old. I think that golds, subtle blues, and deep purples would look nice. Matte (opposite of shimmery) is very in right now. Lipgloss, I would use something with a pinkish undertone. It will help your lips stand out from your face and make your teeth look whiter. For lipstick, I would go with a natural color that is close to your normal skin color but just evens out the color of your lips. And I would use a black mascara.
